You need a computer or a tablet, a camera, headphones and an Internet connection. You also need a Gmail account to access all the content for each Spanish sublevel, since we work with Google Drive and Classroom.

You can take the classes Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 8 pm (Argentina time zone). Lessons on Saturdays and Sundays and outside the hours specified above are subject to availability, and the prices of the study programs will be increased by 20%.

On average, between 6 and 8 hours of lessons with a teacher are necessary to complete each lesson plan. Therefore, between 24 and 32 hours are necessary to complete each sublevel. The number of hours will depend on different factors: your mother tongue, your skills to learn a new language, your study pace, the time you devote to studying and practicing Spanish outside the classroom, among others.

That will depend on the program you choose:

In the Por mi cuenta (On My Own) program, we advise you to study on your own and take a lesson at the end of each lesson plan. This program includes 5 hours of class per sublevel, which must be taken within a maximum period of 5 months; hence we suggest you take one class a month or all 5 together at the end of the period.

In the Miti Miti (Half & Half) program we recommend that you take at least 1 class each week and keep a good study rhythm outside the classroom. This program includes 15 hours of class per sublevel, which must be taken within a maximum period of 5 months; so, if you take 1 class each week you will have enough time to finish the package before the end of the period.

In the A mi ritmo (At My Own Pace) program, we recommend taking at least 1 class each week. This program includes 10 hours of class per sublevel, which must be taken within a maximum period of 3 months; so, if you take 1 class each week you will have enough time to finish the package before the end of the period. You may renew the package of hours as many times as you want with this program.

Upon completing the package you have chosen, you can request and pay for a maximum amount of 5 additional hours of class per sublevel.

Yes. If you feel that you have enrolled in a program that is not the best fit for you, you can change programs. Nevertheless, you must take into account that, if the price of the new program is lower than the one chosen initially, you will be compensated with additional class hours only. In contrast, if the price of the new program is higher than the one chosen initially, you will have to pay for the difference.

During the trial class, we’ll talk about your Spanish level and give you advice. However, if once you have started the sublevel you feel it’s not the right one, you can change to a different one within the period of time covered by the first two lessons in the Por mi cuenta (On My Own) program and the first three lessons in the Miti Miti (Half & Half) and A mi ritmo (At My Own Pace) programs.

If you will not be attending a class, you must let us know at least 24 hours in advance for us to be able to reschedule it. Otherwise, the lesson will neither be rescheduled nor reimbursed.

Yes. In case you don’t like your teacher for any reason, you may request for a change of teachers.

Our study material is designed for you to learn the main differences between the Spanish-speaking world variants. Specifically, you will learn the verb tenses with the different subjects that are used across various countries and regions: tú, vos, ustedes and vosotros. This way, you’ll be able to communicate with native Spanish speakers according to the subject or subjects they use.
You will also learn at least two words to name the same object (if there’s more than one word). We will teach you the words that are most commonly used in Argentina and Spain. These words are also used in other Spanish-speaking countries, so your vocabulary will expand considerably, just as your chances to better communicate with native Spanish speakers, no matter which country they’re from.
